We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products without prior notice.

Some product images displayed on our website may be AI-generated, digitally enhanced, or artistically rendered for demonstration purposes. While we strive to accurately represent all products, minor variations in color, texture, packaging, dimensions, or visual appearance may occur between website images and the actual product received.

Such minor variations do not affect the intended functionality or use of the product. If a product received differs materially from its description, customers may contact our support team in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

To ensure complete transparency, please note that all our pieces:

Materials & Finishes: Are crafted from base metals (such as steel/stainless steel, brass, copper, or zinc alloy) and feature gold-plated, silver-plated, or color-coated finishes.
Stones & Accents: Use synthetic, simulated, or faux stones — we do not use genuine gemstones or diamonds.
Metal Content: Do not contain solid gold, solid silver, platinum, or any other solid precious metals.
Product Naming: Use titles and names strictly for styling, aesthetic reference, and descriptive purposes. A product's name does not indicate or imply the use of fine materials, genuine gemstones, or precious-metal content.

2. PRICING

All prices displayed are in AED unless otherwise stated.

AJIVA GLOBAL GENERAL TRADING LLC FZ is currently not registered for VAT. Therefore, VAT is not charged on purchases unless legally required in the future.

Prices may change without prior notice.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases including:

Pricing errors
Product unavailability
Suspected fraud
Incomplete customer information

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available within selected UAE locations.

Ajiva Fashion reserves the right to restrict COD services for specific areas or customers.

Repeated order refusals may result in suspension of COD privileges.

5. SHIPPING

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs, weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Ajiva Fashion shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
